It’s World Optometry Day! Vision is one of our most precious senses. The eyes are the windows to our body and our health. As a Doctor of Optometry, we do more than care for a person’s eyes, we improve a person’s quality of life!
- We prescribe glasses and contact lenses and work with Opticians to ensure they are fit well.
- We detect and manage eye diseases.
- We collaborate and refer for rehabilitation of some eye conditions for vision therapy.
- We collaborate with Family physicians & Ophthalmologists to manage eye diseases, preventative care and rehabilitate vision.
